The historic property information available to you depends on your relationship to the property. This may include details such as when the property was first listed and when listing enhancements, such as Featured Property or Premium Listing products, were applied.



Who can receive historic data

  • Historic data can only be shared with the estate agent who originally advertised the property
  • We cannot provide this information to:
    • Other estate agents
    • Vendors 
    • Any third parties


Finding the data yourself first

Before contacting us, check if the information is already available through Rightmove Plus tools you have access too.


Best Price Guide or Premium Price Guide

  • Use these tools to see information for properties that are live or are no longer live on site:
    • When a property was previously listed
    • Historic asking prices 
  • If the property has never been advertised on Rightmove we won't have any data we can provide you with.


Property Performance Report

  • If the property is still live, open the Property Performance Report
  • Look at the graph to see:
    • When the property was first listed
    • When featured or premium listings were applied
       

If you experience an error

If you can't find the data or something doesn't look right:


Check the following first:
  • Are you searching the correct property (e.g. address was listed under)?
  • Was the property previously listed on Rightmove?
  • Are you using the correct reporting tool (Price Guides or Property Performance Report) dependent on the property's live status?



If you still can't find the data or it appears incorrect/incomplete

If you cannot find what you need, you can request support and feedback:

    • Full property address (including postcode), or a link to the live property listing
    • A clear description of the information you need (for example, listing dates or when a product was applied)
