Things you need to know and do before the changeover:

• Make sure that all properties you wish to display on Rightmove are on the new software
• All existing properties will be overwritten 
• Premium Listings will need to be reallocated back to properties, we will add the credits on to your account for you
• Property performance data will be lost. If you would like to retain this, print the reports or export them into Excel

Things we will need to know:

• The data feed you are changing to
• The date you would like to change the feed
• Is this a change for sales properties, lettings properties or both?

Please provide us with at least 3 working days notice to make this change.
