You will need to send an email to our Data Feed Specialist team with at least 3 working days notice, and this is to make sure there is enough time to make a change. Their email is ADFsupport@rightmove.co.uk. 

When sending over an email to our Data Feed team, you will need to include the below details: 

• The name of the data feed you are changing to.
• The date you would like to change the feed.
• Is this a change for sales properties, lettings properties or both?

Important things you need to know and do before the changeover:

• Make sure that all properties you wish to display on Rightmove are on the new software
• All existing properties will be overwritten 
• Premium Listings will need to be reallocated back to properties, we will add the credits on to your account for you
• Property performance data will be lost. If you would like to retain this, print the reports or export them into Excel
