Rightmove Customer FAQ

Have a question about Rightmove?

I want one of my properties to go back out in the property alerts

There are a few different reasons why we send properties out in the automatic email alerts.

Property reductions

If a property is reduced by 2% or more, the property will be sent out in Rightmove’s instant alert emails – notifying the keenest buyers or tenants of the new price.

A sale fall through

See here for what to do about your sale fall through:

Following a marketing break

For a sales property to be sent out in the instant alerts and appear as new, the marketing break must be 14 weeks or more. If the property meets this time-frame, our system will pick this up and automatically relist it as new.

For a lettings property to be sent out in the instant alerts and appear as new, the marketing break must be 2 weeks or more.

Refreshing your listings and making some changes can help to spark fresh interest in your property.
