You can continue to advertise a property as available if the vendor is still open to receiving offers through you, however, if the sale completes with another agent, the property will need to be removed within 2 days of completion. 

If the vendor is not open to receiving alternative offers, the property must be removed whilst the sale is progressing with another agent. The property can be remarketed if the sale falls through unless instructed otherwise by the vendor.
