If you receive an error email from the Rightmove ADF Team, then we have been unable to upload or update your property listing.


The error message will detail the reason why, and you can also see this in your Rightmove Plus RTDF Error report.


See below on how to check the RTDF report in Rightmove Plus:

  1. Log in to Rightmove Plus.
  2. Click on your initials in the top right-hand corner.
  3. Select the tab that says 'RTDF Error Report':
  4. Check to see if there are any errors.
  5. Make the necessary changes to the property, and the listing with be uploaded or updated successfully.
