What is a Featured Property?
A Featured Property displays on Rightmove at the top of the search results page, with a blue banner.
Your property will also display again as a standard listing within the search results – which gives you twice the visibility!
This helps your property to be seen first and reach more buyers/renters.
See examples of featured property listings on Desktop and Mobile below:

There are two types of Featured Property:
- Featured Property of the Week – One credit can be used for one property, and it will remain featured for 7 days.
- Featured property boxes – You can purchase one or multiple ‘boxes’ which you pay as a monthly subscription and can alternate which properties are featured.

What is a Featured New Home property?
The Featured New home and featured property appear similar but it looks like a sticker text option is available for featured new homes. This is not related to the featured product but is in relation to the product Spotlight. See example below where a developer has selected 'Only 5% Deposit' as the spotlight sticker text option.

As a developer you will need to go into Rightmove Plus to select a property to feature, this works like the featured property box above. After choosing a rotation setting select 'Feature' and then 'Save'.

What is an Auto-Featured property?
This is a product that will automatically feature a property on Rightmove for 7 days if it meets the requirements below:
Trigger | Trigger Definition | Applies to |
New Listing | On creation | Sales & Lettings |
Marketing Break | 98 days | Sales |
| Marketing Break | 14 days | Lettings |
Fall Through | With status change (added-on date/time frame not taken into account) | Sales & Lettings |
| Price Reduction | 2% or more (in one increment) | Sales & Lettings |
It can take up to 24 hours for the property to appear as an auto-featured property on Rightmove. For example, if a property was reduced by 2% today, it will be made an auto-featured property tomorrow.
You won't see this product appear in Rightmove Plus.
Want to purchase a Featured Property?
If you have the product then an 'Unused box' will appear. If you don't have the product then 'Purchase more boxes' or '0 credits remaining' will show in Rightmove Plus.
