Featured Property helps increase the visibility of your property by placing it at the top of relevant Rightmove search results with a blue Featured banner.

There are different Featured Property options available, including Featured Property of the Week, Featured Property Boxes, Featured New Homes, and Auto-Featured Properties. This guide explains how each option works and how to manage them.

A Featured Property appears at the top of the search results page with a blue banner, helping your property attract more visibility from buyers or tenants.

The property will also continue to appear in its normal position within search results, giving it two opportunities to be seen.

Important: Only live and available properties can be featured. Properties marked as Sold STC, Under Offer, or Let Agreed cannot be featured.
