Have a question about Rightmove?

Do I need to add my Redress & CMP details to Rightmove?

Yes. It is mandatory for your Redress details and membership number to be displayed within your tenancy information section on Rightmove and shows you are compliant with legislation.

If you use a software provider, you will need to update the tenancy information section here. If you need support, please contact your provider directly  

 If you use Rightmove Plus, take the following steps:

  • Click on menu
  • Go into property list
  • Click the property address
  • Go to the details tab
  • Add details to tenancy information – press save
