What is a Local Valuation Alert?
A Local Valuation Alert (LVA) is a tool that allows sellers to contact you for a valuation in a chosen area.
The product is a search-based tool, and it can only be purchased on outcodes of postcodes (for example, MK1). For each search term available, there are 6 slots that can be purchased, and are only available to agents that deal in property sales.
You can find this product on the Sold house prices section of the website, and also if you click the 'House Prices' tab and then 'Property valuation'. See the below screenshots of where the product is located:
How does a Local Valuation Alert Work?
Once a consumer has requested a valuation for their property, you will receive the valuation alert request either by email, text or both, depending on if you have provided us with a mobile number to send the alerts to.

How do I update the Local Valuation Alert email and number?
To amend your Local Valuation Alert email and number (where you would receive the valuation request), send an email to [email protected] or use the Get in Touch button and our support team can update this for you.
