Use Opportunity Manager to manage leads

Discover how Opportunity Manager works and how it can benefit you.

What is Opportunity Manager?

Opportunity Manager is a product in Rightmove Plus, which flags potential valuation leads and helps you spot, nurture and manage potential opportunities. The product will uncover potential valuations just before a potential vendor is considering instructing an agent.

See the below screenshot of what Opportunity Manager looks like in Rightmove Plus:

How does Opportunity Manager work?

Rightmove takes lots of information and behaviour insights from people who use our website and sends our partners enquiries. These opportunities are then colour coded and graded based on the likelihood a consumer will have a property to sell in the shortest time.

Your team can then update the status of each lead, quickly marking them as:

  • Valuation booked
  • Left message
  • Contact later – for those people who might not be quite ready yet, you can schedule to contact them at a later date, so you don’t lose track
  • Remove from list – you can even mark them with the reason you’ve removed them
  • Add notes – to remind you of the last conversation with this contact or help team members follow up

To help notify your branch of activity in your opportunity manager, an email will be scheduled to notify you of any new or untouched leads in their opportunity manager.

How do I access Opportunity Manager?

Follow the below steps to access Opportunity Manager:

  1. Log into Rightmove Plus
  2. Click on the 'opportunity Manager' tab in the menu on the left-hand side. See below for reference:

If you are missing the 'Opportunity Manager' tab option in your menu in Rightmove Plus, you can request your admin to edit your access. Learn more about User Management.
