Tip: property types and postcodes tend to be the common filters that are missed out         

All properties that are added onto Rightmove for the first time will appear in this report. The time frame for sales properties to show as new is 14 weeks and for lettings its 14 days.

If you have had a fall through or a marketing break on a listing, then the property will not show twice on the report, it can be found when selecting the data for when you first listed the property.
