Promote fall through properties that don't qualify for new listing dates

We can only change listing dates for fall through properties if it:

• was marked as unavailable, Sold STC or Under Offer for 7 weeks or more
• is now available on our site. Contact us within 7 days of making the property available.
• has had no property alerts in the last 7 days

Promote properties with Rightmove Plus features 

Use credits to make the property a Premium Listing. Premium listings appear with a green banner and get 20% more views on average. 

Also, you can use credits to make the property a Featured Property of the Week. This means that the property will get twice the visibility on our search results pages. Featured properties have a blue banner and appear at the top of the search page and as a standard search result.

Other ways to get exposure 

• Change the first photo of your listing
• Update the summary description to highlight more property features
• If the vendor is flexible on the price, you can reduce the property price by 2% or more. This price change will trigger email alerts to potential buyers.
