Do you have Premium Listing Credits on a branch that you would like to transfer to another one of your offices? This is something that our Customer Care team can do for you.
What is a Premium Listing?
A Premium Listing displays on Rightmove in the search results page and will enhance your property within the listings with a green banner underneath it (see below).

How to transfer Premium Listing Credits to another branch
To transfer your premium listing credits, send an email to customersupport@rightmove.co.uk and let us know:
- The name and postcode of the office you'd like to transfer the credits from
- The name and postcode of the office you'd like to transfer the credits to
- The number of credits you'd like to transfer
We can only transfer credits from Sales to Sales / Lettings to Lettings. This means that if you have a Lettings credit on one branch, we wouldn't be able to transfer it to a Sales office.
Please note that we can transfer Premium Listing credits, but we cannot transfer Featured Property credits.
