If you're looking to cancel your Rightmove membership, you will need to send an email to the relevant email address with your Account Manager cc'd in and they can talk to you about the next steps.

It is important to note that it must be the overall authority of the branch to request a cancellation on a branch.

If you've already sent in your cancellation notice, but you now would like to extend your cancellation period, or retract your cancellation notice, you will need to send an email to the relevant email address, with your Account Manager cc'd on the email.

For any specific questions on your notice period, downgrading your current package or general membership queries, we'd recommend reaching out to your Account Manager directly.

You can request a call back from your account manager using the call back form here.
