You can do this at any time by clicking the “Cancel tenancy” button on the Tenancy Overview page. If you’re cancelling a tenancy after holding deposit has been paid, you will be asked to give a reason for the cancellation.
Based on the cancellation reason, the letter (email) will be sent to the tenant about the holding deposit.
