As part of their Rightmove contract under our Terms and Conditions, Estate Agents are responsible for ensuring that they have the relevant permissions to use photos on their listings.

Because Rightmove are not a regulator and we don't have any law enforcement capabilities, for a swift resolution we recommend you contact the Estate Agent using the photos directly with a fair, but clear timeframe as to when the images need to be removed. For example, anything between 48 hours and 7 days.

If you've not reached a resolution after following the steps above, you can provide a copy of the copyright image registration or the original film, and evidence of your written correspondence with the Estate Agent requesting they remove the images to our Data Quality Team at dataquality@rightmove.co.uk for them to look into. 

The team will then request the Estate Agent removes the relevant images within 5 working days unless they can provide evidence to the contrary.
