Yes. If you have sent Prescribed Information document to be digitally signed, and perhaps some of the tenants are not signing it and you believe they won't sign it - you can mark Deposit protection stage as complete. To do so:
- Open the Tenancy Overview page
- Click on the "..." button on the Deposit protection stage
- Select "Mark as complete"
This will complete Deposit protection stage. If all other stages are complete already, it will also complete the tenancy too.
