In Tenancy Manager, you can configure DRS for a tenancy at any point before sending the contract for signing.

To do this, follow the steps below:

1. Click on the specific tenancy in Tenancy Manager.

2. Go to the 'Financials' tab. To edit the tenancy, select the edit icon:

3. Select 'Yes' to the question, "Have the applicants agreed to use a deposit replacement scheme?", as shown below:
