Rightmove Customer FAQ

Have a question about Rightmove?

When should I use non-housing act tenancy?

A non-housing act tenancy should be used when the tenant is an individual (not a company) and:

  • They are already a tenant under another assured shorthold tenancy (AST) at the same time; or
  • The annual rent exceeds £100,000.
