To create a non-housing act tenancy, simply select "Non-Housing Act tenancy" as the contract type:
- Click "+ Add tenancy" as you normally would for an assured shorthold tenancy (AST).
- In the Contractual agreement section of the form, select "Non-Housing Act tenancy" from the Type of contract field.
This will automatically adjust the form fields to accommodate the specific requirements for an NHA tenancy.
