When creating a new tenancy you will see a Rent Guarantee section at the bottom of the page.

If you wish to provide Rent Guarantee as part of your service to the landlord, select "yes" and a Rent Guarantee section on Rightmove Plus will be automatically populated indicating that you wish to arrange a cover for this property. Note, that Rent Guarantee policy won't be activated until the reference is complete and eligibility is confirmed.

If you do not wish to provide Rent Guarantee as part of your service to the landlord, select "no".

You can then choose to refer your landlord to Rightmove. It's an easy way for you to increase your revenue as you would earn £30 on every policy that your landlord buys with Rightmove. If you wish to refer your landlord to Rightmove for Rent Guarantee, select "yes".

If you do not wish to refer your landlord, select "no".
