Rightmove offers Rent Guarantee which protects an agent's management fee, and their landlord's rental income if a tenant falls into arrears. 

This means your landlord's rent is protected for as long as it takes to get their property back.

Rent Guarantee is entirely optional, and not mandatory. However, if you normally use Rent Guarantee, adding it directly in Tenancy Manager is a very efficient way to set it up.
