How to update your Branch Name
Your Branch Name should help buyers, vendors, landlords, and tenants easily understand where your branch is located. The branch name is located next the trading name on Rightmove.
To get your branch name updated, send an email to customersupport@rightmove.co.uk.

Physical Office:
- The Branch Name must accurately reflect the branch address and coverage area.
- Do not include extra details (e.g., "Sales" or "Lettings").
- Maximum length: 30 characters.
Virtual Office:
- The Branch Name must indicate the area covered by the branch, using the format: "Covering [Town/Area]" (e.g., "Covering Birmingham").
- Maximum length: 30 characters.

How to update your Brand/Trading Name
The Trading Name is the business name used by a company for branding purposes, not necessarily its registered name.
To get your brand/trading name updated, you'll need to send your request to customersupport@rightmove.co.uk.
How to update your Company Name
The Company Name is the legal, official name of the entity that owns the company, used on government and business paperwork.
To get your company name updated, you'll need to send your request to your Account Manager. This is because your Account Manager will send new forms to be signed.
