Your property listing limit in Rightmove Plus is linked to your current membership agreement.

When you renew your membership or agree changes with your account manager, the number of properties you can list may increase or decrease based on the terms of your agreement.

Any changes to your agreed property limit will be reflected in Rightmove Plus.

How it works

Your property listing allowance is not permanent and forms part of your membership agreement.
When your membership is renewed or amended:
  • Your property listing limit is reviewed in line with your new agreement.
  • The number of listings available to you may increase or decrease depending on what has been agreed.
  • Any updated property limit will be automatically applied to your Rightmove Plus account.

If your new agreement allows fewer listings than your previous agreement:
  • Your listing limit will reduce to the newly agreed amount.
  • You will not be able to add additional properties if doing so would exceed your new limit.
  • If you attempt to add a property above your limit, you will receive an error message.

If your new agreement allows more listings than your previous agreement:
  • Your listing limit will increase to the newly agreed amount.
  • The updated allowance will be visible in Rightmove Plus once the change has been processed.

Changes to listing limits are typically reflected in Rightmove Plus within 24 hours of the agreement being processed.

What you should do

If you believe your property listing limit has changed:
  1. Check your available property listings in Rightmove Plus.
  2. Review any recent membership renewal or agreement changes with your account manager.
  3. Allow up to 24 hours for recently agreed changes to be reflected in Rightmove Plus.
  4. If you use a datafeed provider to send your property information to Rightmove, contact them to confirm the property limit held on their system matches your current agreement.
  5. If you still believe your property listing limit is incorrect, contact your account manager.

If you experience an error

You may receive an error message when attempting to add a property if you have reached your agreed property listing limit.
Before contacting support, please:
  • Check how many active listings you currently have.
  • Confirm whether your membership agreement has recently changed.
  • Allow up to 24 hours for any newly agreed limit changes to be applied.
  • If you use a datafeed provider, check with them that the listing limit configured on their system is correct and reflects your current agreement.

If the issue continues after these checks:
  • Contact your account manager.
  • Provide details of the error message you received.
  • Include examples of any properties you were unable to add.
  • Confirm whether you add properties directly in Rightmove Plus or via a datafeed provider.
