A Coming Soon Development allows you, as a New Homes Developer or Rental Operator, to promote an upcoming development before plots are available to market. To create a Coming Soon Development, you will need to complete a development form and provide the required information for the new site.



How it works

To add a Coming Soon Development:
  1. Contact your Account Manager and request a Coming Soon Development Form.
  2. Complete the form with the following information:
    • Development name and address
    • Postcode
    • Number of plots
    • Gross Development Value (GDV), if applicable
    • Main contact name
    • Lead email address
    • Lead telephone number
    • Company or development website
  3. Return the completed form to your Account Manager.
  4. Your Account Manager will review the information and submit the request for processing.
  5. Once approved, your Coming Soon Development will be created and prepared for launch.
  6. A confirmation email will be sent once the development has been made live on Rightmove.

Creative requirements

A Coming Soon package requires creative assets for the products included within your package.
These assets may be:
  • Supplied by you, or
  • Created by our design team
The time taken to make your Coming Soon Development live may vary depending on whether creative assets are ready to use or need to be produced by the design team.


What you should do

Before submitting your request, ensure that:
  • All required development information has been completed.
  • Contact details are accurate and up to date.
  • Any required creative assets are available or have been requested.
  • The completed form has been returned to your Account Manager.
Providing complete and accurate information will help avoid delays during the setup process.


If you experience an error

If your Coming Soon Development has not gone live as expected, check the following:
  • The development form has been fully completed.
  • All contact details are correct.
  • The form has been returned to your Account Manager.
  • Any required creative assets have been supplied or approved.
  • Make sure you are not using images with 'Coming Soon' on them.

  • Development name
  • Postcode
  • Date the form was submitted
  • Main contact details
  • Details of the issue you are experiencing
