What is Call Intelligence?
Call Intelligence uses information from your recorded call transcripts to help you understand conversations more quickly. It includes Call Tags, which highlight useful details from the conversation, and Call Summaries, which give you a concise overview of what was discussed.
What is a Call Summary?
A Call Summary gives you a short overview of a recorded call, so you can quickly recap the key points without needing to listen to the full recording or read through the complete transcript. The summary is created using AI from the call transcript.
What are Call Tags?
Call Tags highlight useful details from the call transcript, helping you understand important information about your leads at a glance.
The tags are grouped into three areas:
- the caller’s profile
- their situation
- the outcome of the call
You’ll see any relevant tags alongside the call information in Rightmove Plus.
How can Call Intelligence help me?
Call Intelligence can save you time when reviewing your calls. Instead of listening back to a full recording or reading through a complete transcript, you can use Call Tags and Summaries to quickly understand what happened during the conversation.
They can also help you:
- find relevant calls more quickly
- prepare for follow-ups
- support call quality and coaching
- identify potential missed opportunities
What information can Call Tags highlight?
Call Tags can highlight predefined details about the caller’s profile, their situation and the outcome of the conversation. Any relevant tags will be shown alongside the call information in Rightmove Plus.
Could I see conflicting Call Tags?
Call Tags are designed to avoid conflicting combinations. For example, rules are applied so that incompatible tags, such as a first-time buyer who also has a property to sell, aren’t shown together.
How can I use Call Intelligence day to day?
You can use Call Tags to see important lead details at a glance, while Call Summaries give you a quick recap of the conversation. If you’re following up with a caller, for example, you can quickly remind yourself of what they needed and what was agreed without having to listen back to the whole call.
Is Call Intelligence available to my branch?
Call Intelligence is available on selected packages. If you’re unsure whether your branch has access, your Rightmove Account Manager can help.
What do I need to get started?
Call Recording needs to be enabled for your branch, and you’ll need a Rightmove Plus login with permission to access the Telephone Lead Report. If you don’t have the right permissions, your Rightmove Plus Admin user can update these for you.
What permissions do I need?
You’ll need the existing permission that allows you to access the Telephone Lead Report and listen to recorded calls. This same permission gives you access to Call Intelligence, including Call Tags and Summaries.
Who at my business can access Call Intelligence?
Access is controlled through each person’s Rightmove Plus login and user permissions. Browser verification, including two-factor authentication, also applies. Only users with the appropriate permissions can view call transcripts, Call Tags and Call Summaries.
How long is Call Intelligence information kept?
Call Tags, Call Summaries and Call Purpose information are retained indefinitely. After 12 months, the link between this information and the individual caller is removed.
How can I share feedback?
You can share any feedback with your Rightmove Account Manager. You may also see surveys within Rightmove Plus, giving you another way to tell us about your experience.
