When you access Rightmove plus, you will need to enter your login details and password as usual.
We will send you a one time passcode either via text message to your mobile phone, or a passcode will be generated by your chosen Authenticator App (this depends which authentication method you have set up on your account). If you then access one of the below pages in Rightmove Plus:
- Best Price Guide dashboard
- Premium Price Guide
- Lead Reports
- Opportunity Manager
- User Management
- Add & Edit Properties
- Lead to Keys Products (Tenancy Manager, Enquiry Manager and Tenant Referencing).
Once you have received the passcode, simply type in the code in Rightmove Plus, and process as usual.
The SMS passcode will be valid for 20 minutes. The Authenticator App passcode can vary depending on the App being used, but usually a countdown is on the screen. After this point passes, you would need to request a new passcode for SMS or use the newly generated passcode that generates on your App.
