The Market Share Reports are a handy tool that are available in Rightmove Plus, and can be used by partners to help measure success, and to monitor property market trends. These reports are only available to EA Partners currently. 

These reports all run on the default patch that has been set up for your office, and the patch needs to be up to date and relevant to your stock. Learn more about patches here.

See the Market Share Reports that are available to use below:

Available Stock

This report allows you to find any available properties within that specific time frame and default patch. 

The Available Stock report can be printed as a certificate. 

New Instructions

This report can show you any new instructions that have been added within the specified timeframe, default patch area. 

The New Instruction report can be printed as a certificate. 

Sale Agreed/Let Agreed

This report includes how many sales or lets have been agreed within the specified timeframe and default patch area.

The Sales Agreed report and the Let Agreed report can be printed as a certificate.  

Price Reductions

This report shows how many properties have been reduced over the default patch area, and the specific timeframe.

The price reduction report can't be printed as a certificate. 

If a property is reduced more than once, only the first reduction will show in the report. 

Time on Market

The Time on Market reports shows you how long properties have been on the market for, in a specific date range and in the default patch. This report can be used to monitor the property market in their area. 

The report can include properties that have since been removed in the timeframe selected, as the listing was live during the date range used.

The report can't be printed as a certificate. 

Property Views

The Property Views report shows how well an agent’s available stock is doing, and also depends on the default patch and dates selected. 

It shows the average views per property per day, which is collected from various sources, and you can also see the total number of available properties.

This report can't be printed as a certificate.
