Call Transcription is a new tool that has been added to the Lead Report in 2026 for all of our Partners with a UK Residential Sales or Lettings membership. It is not currently available for branches with a New Homes, Built to Rent, Commercial or Overseas membership.
What is Call Transcription?
If you have call recording enabled as part of your membership, Call Transcription automatically transcribes your Rightmove calls and stores the transcriptions within the Lead Report in Rightmove Plus. From there, you can view, search, and download copies of these transcriptions from your Rightmove Plus login.
This can help save time, removing the need to manually re-listen to calls to re-cap or re-clarify details. On top of this, it can help support your call quality and coaching.
You can see a demo of how it works on the Rightmove Hub.
How do I access it?
1. Call Recording needs to be enabled as part of your Membership. If you're not sure about this, or you need it enabling, get in touch with us.
2. You need a Rightmove Plus login with the Lead Report and Call Recording permissions enabled. If you need a Rightmove Plus account or your permissions changing, your Admin user will be able to administer this for you. To learn more about how to do this, head over to our Rightmove Plus FAQs.
3. Once logged in, click the main menu in the top left-hand corner. Click 'Reports', and then 'Leads.'
4. Select the 'calls' tab at the top of the Lead Report.
5. Next to each recorded call, there will be a column called 'Transcription' where you can listen to the call and/or view the transcript by pressing the 'listen' and 'view' buttons.
FAQs
| Question | Answer |
| Are outbound calls recorded? | No, only inbound calls that are received by a caller calling your Rightmove tracking number (GEO number) will be recorded and transcribed |
| How soon will a transcript be available after a call has finished? | Call recordings should be available within 1-2 hours of the call ending |
| How accurate are the transcripts? | The transcripts are AI-generated and although highly accurate, may not be 100% accurate. The transcripts should be treated as a useful reference, rather than a verbatim legal record |
| Are callers notified their call is being recorded? | Yes. Part of the call journey includes a Rightmove 'whisper' when the GEO (Rightmove tracking) number is dialed. The message lets both the caller and the receiver know that the call is being recorded for training and monitoring purposes |
| How long are recordings and transcriptions stored for? | Call recordings are stored for 90 days and call transcriptions are stored for 12 months |
