How to update your Branch Lead Number.

To get your main branch number, sales lead number or your lettings lead number updated, you can request this with our customer support team. 


You'll need to send an email to customersupport@rightmove.co.uk, including the details below:

  • Branch Name:
  • Branch Postcode:
  • What needs updating:
  • New Number:


For calls to be counted and recorded, a geo 'tracking' number will need to be added to the branch. This geo number will appear on the Rightmove website, but will transfer any calls to the branch number you have provided.  


If you'd like a geo number to be set up/removed, or would like call recording to be added, you can also send this request to Customer Support via the above email address.

You can now view and keep your sales lead, lettings lead and main email address up to date on Rightmove using the Branch/Development Marketing feature in Rightmove Plus.

You'll need to send an email to customersupport@rightmove.co.uk, including the details below:

  • Branch Name:
  • Current Address:
  • New Address:
  • Include whether the billing address also needs updating.
